This Error happened when Apple reviewed the app and they rejected it, it happens only on some devices. all steps highlighted in the support articles are correct, most devices pull the products correctly, but not all. bundle id is correct, product id are the same, all countries listed, all prices listed, only all user audience with 2 products and it still refuse to work on some devices.

For anyone wondering IOS 18.4 produce that type of bug in the simulator, so it will work elsewhere but on not on that specific version.
